Delft University of TechnologyTyler Moore serves as the Tandy Professor of Cyber Security and Information Assurance at the University of Tulsa, where he chairs the School of Cyber Studies. His academic journey includes BS degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Tulsa, followed by a PhD from the University of Cambridge as a Marshall Scholar. His research focuses on security economics, cybercrime measurement, and cybersecurity policy, earning him the NSF CAREER Award and the Zelimir Schmidt Award for Outstanding Research. As founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cybersecurity and Director of StopBadware, he continues to shape the field through interdisciplinary approaches to information security. His work spans digital currencies, critical infrastructure protection, and cybersecurity policy, while leading the Security Economics Lab at TU. His career includes positions at Harvard University's Center for Research on Computation and Society, Wellesley College, and Southern Methodist University
