As a certified Behavioral Sciences Trainer with more than 6 years of training experience at SBI's training institutions, he specializes in agricultural allied activities, livestock finance, and investment credit in agricultural finance. His expertise in agricultural finance aligns with SBI's focus on developing sustainable and resilient agricultural finance markets, particularly in addressing the unique challenges of financing smallholder farmers and rural enterprises. Beyond his professional duties, Dr. Tripathy maintains interests in reading and Indian classical music, while continuing to contribute to SBI's training initiatives through his role as faculty member.
