Tracy Jennings

Tracy Jennings is a Senior Instructor in the Management and Entrepreneurship Division at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she specializes in teaching management courses and leading global seminars in China. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College, as well as an MBA and Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Denver. Dr. Jennings began her professional journey at IBM as a usability specialist, where she honed her skills in understanding user experience. She later transitioned into leadership roles in New Product Development at US WEST, focusing on internet service development. With her diverse background in both academia and industry, Jennings brings a unique perspective to her teaching, emphasizing the intersection of management principles and cognitive psychology to prepare students for success in the business world.
