Indiana UniversityDr. Tom Gregory serves as Director of the Institute for Digital Enterprise and Clinical Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Since 2017, he has co-directed the Institute for Digital Enterprise alongside Professor Hillol Bala, fostering partnerships with major corporations like Deloitte, Whirlpool, Salesforce, and IBM to strengthen industry-academia relationships. His teaching spans the MSIS Program, full-time MBA program, Kelley Direct MBA and MS programs, Executive Education programs, and undergraduate information systems courses. With an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA, Gregory brings valuable industry experience from his roles as a software developer, development manager, and business analyst. His expertise includes software development, agile methodologies, DevOps, data systems, organization design, Internet technologies, and cloud systems. Beyond academia, he contributes to leadership education nationally, including developing a national youth leadership syllabus for the Boy Scouts of America. His involvement in open source projects and international research presentations demonstrates his ongoing commitment to both technical innovation and educational excellence in the digital enterprise domain
