Tobias Brandt

Dr. Tobias Brandt serves as Assistant Professor of Business Information Management at the Department of Technology and Operations Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands, having earned his PhD from the University of Freiburg, Germany; his research explores the digital transformation of cities, encompassing smart power systems, innovative urban mobility solutions, and urban tourism and crime dynamics, with his work receiving recognition at the International Conference on Information Systems and the Hawaii International Conference on System Science, appearing in leading journals, while he has also co-founded the urban data science startup Geospin and collaborated with various industry partners.
