Tiffany L. Israel

Tiffany L. Israel, MSSW, is the Community Navigator for the Vanderbilt Institute for Clinical and Translational Research, where she manages the Community Engagement Studio, a model fostering dialogue between researchers and community members. She also teaches at Vanderbilt Medical School, focusing on patient engagement and social determinants of health. Tiffany supports community-engaged research through seminars, lectures, and training on best practices. She contributes to national projects like the NIH STRIDE, enhancing minority recruitment in clinical trials. With over 15 years of experience in community work, Tiffany holds an MSSW from the University of Tennessee and a BSW from Middle Tennessee State University.
