Sachs, Professor at Columbia University. Together, they lead the "Tech for Good: The Role of ICT in Achieving the SDGs" course, which explores how digital technologies empower billions through access to education, healthcare, banking, and government services, while also addressing challenges like cybersecurity, privacy, and digital divides. The course, developed by UNESCO and Cetic.br/NIC.br, offers a comprehensive 10-week curriculum requiring 3-5 hours of weekly engagement, examining both the opportunities and challenges of ICT in sustainable development.
