Her career spans multiple influential roles, including Vice President at Veterans Education Success, work with the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, and Director of Veterans Programs at the American Council on Education. Her early career included positions as Administrative Analyst for the Vice President of Student Affairs at California State University-Fullerton and Associate Registrar at Vanguard University, where she served as the certifying official for student veteran GI Bill benefits. As a first-generation college graduate herself, she earned her BA in Communications from Biola University and MA in Organizational Leadership from Vanguard University. Her work focuses on advocating for policies that increase access to high-quality education for all students, particularly military-connected learners, while ensuring they receive comprehensive support for their academic success.
