Tania Molteni is a researcher at the SUR Lab and a Research Fellow at GREEN, Bocconi University, where she has been contributing her expertise since 2008. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Social Sciences (Geography) from Milan State University. Tania's research focuses on urban sustainability, particularly the monitoring and evaluation of policies related to low carbon, smart cities, and circular economies. She has actively participated in several national and European projects addressing multi-level governance in climate policies and the promotion of sustainable and green/circular economy practices. Currently, she is involved in the Horizon 2020 Smart City Lighthouse project “MAtchUP” and manages Bocconi’s “Smart City Observatory,” a think tank dedicated to analyzing essential features, enabling conditions, and policy tools for the development of smart cities.
