Susanna Sancassani

Susanna Sancassani is the Managing Director of METID (Methods and Innovative Technologies for Learning) at Politecnico di Milano and a leader in learning innovation. She has taught PhD courses on innovative teaching skills, multimedia design, and e-learning development and coordinates the "Digital Ecosystems for Learning Innovation" table at CRUI. A member of the scientific committee of SieL (Italian Scientific Society for e-learning), she also oversees teacher training on learning innovation at Politecnico di Milano. Sancassani has co-authored several influential books, including Costruire Servizi Digitali (2003) and e-Collaboration: Il Senso della Rete (2011).
