His significant work includes studies on how social and human capital influence opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial network dynamics, and accelerator expertise in ecosystem development. As the founder of Headstart Network Foundation, he has actively promoted positive ecosystems for start-ups. His passion for entrepreneurship was sparked during his master's program while helping women entrepreneurs establish micro-ventures in Kenya. Beyond his academic pursuits, he enjoys traveling, exploring traditional arts and crafts, and cycling around the IIM Bangalore campus.
