Sung Nam Choi

Sung Nam Choi is an expert in information technology (IT) projects for development. Before joining IDB Invest, he served as Principal Manager at the National Information Society Agency (NIA) of the Republic of Korea, where he led IT initiatives for developing countries, including national digital agendas, broadband master plans, e-government systems and applications, and digital inclusion policies.
