Stephen Wing-Keung CHENG

Professor Stephen Wing-Keung CHENG serves as Head of the Department of Surgery and Serena HC Yang Professor of Vascular Surgery at The University of Hong Kong, where he has established himself as a leading authority in advanced endovascular management of aortic diseases. With over 200 publications to his credit, he has significantly influenced vascular surgery through his research and clinical practice. His expertise is recognized through prestigious positions on editorial boards of major journals including JAMA Surgery and Journal of Vascular Surgery, while his leadership extends to numerous professional organizations, including past presidency of both the Asian Society for Vascular Society and the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong. His international recognition is reflected in his honorary fellowships from the American Surgical Association and honorary membership in the Society for Vascular Surgery and ANZSVS.
