Silvana Tamassia

This professional has established herself as a distinguished educational leader with 22 years of experience in education. Her academic credentials include a degree in Pedagogy with specializations in Educational Psychology and Early Childhood Education from UNIA, complemented by a Master's in Education from PUC-SP focusing on teacher training. Her extensive experience spans roles as an Elementary and Early Childhood Education teacher and coordinator in public schools. Her excellence in educational leadership was recognized when she received the prestigious Gestora Nota 10 Award from Fundação Victor Civita in its inaugural year for school managers (2007). As a faculty member, she has taught Pedagogy and Post-Graduate courses for school directors in the School Success Management program, in partnership with Fundação Lemann and Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Currently, she serves as an educational consultant for Fundação Lemann's Teaching Techniques and Learning Management Program while also co-founding Elos Educacional, where she coordinates Teacher and Manager Training Programs in partnership with Fundação Lemann.
