Dr. Shuk-Ching Lilian Pun-Cheng, serving as an Associate Professor and Associate Head in the Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, has established herself as a leading expert in Geographic Information Systems and transportation applications.
