With an MBA in Advanced Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, Shivam has a robust academic background. He has published numerous research papers in prestigious Scopus Q1 and Q2 journals, and notably, one of his research projects on ecological indicators has been adopted as a primary environmental assessment indicator by the government of Uttarakhand.Shivam's professional experience includes serving as a Project Manager at HESCO, where he developed system dynamics models and managed technological training, as well as working as a Project Associate at IIT Roorkee, where he handled scholarships and alumni affairs. At UPES, he plays a crucial role in academic management and research operations, focusing on enhancing teaching quality and driving internationalization efforts.
