Sebastian Beer

Sebastian Beer is an Economist in the Tax Policy Division of the International Monetary Fund's Fiscal Affairs Department. His research focuses on international corporate taxation, profit shifting, and tax policy design. Prior to joining the IMF in 2017, Beer worked as an economist at the Austrian Central Bank and as a post-doctoral researcher at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
