Sarah E. Light is an Associate Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on the intersection of environmental law, corporate sustainability, and business innovation. Professor Light has explored various topics, including the regulatory implications of transportation platforms like Uber and Lyft, the role of private carbon fees in corporate governance, and the U.S. military's influence on technological innovation aimed at reducing fossil fuel consumption.
