Sarah Brindell is a multifaceted musician and Associate Professor in the Songwriting department at Berklee College of Music. Growing up in a family of professional musicians in San Francisco, she developed a unique musical style that blends neo-soul, jazz, samba, and reggae, characterized by rich harmonies and captivating vocals. With extensive touring experience, Sarah has collaborated with renowned artists such as Norah Jones, Carole King, and George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic. A Summa Cum Laude graduate from Boston University with a master's degree in Music Education, she is dedicated to advancing the field of songwriting through innovative curriculum development for both Berklee Online and the Boston campus. Additionally, Sarah has been recognized as a panelist for the Song of the Year contest for VH-1’s Save the Music Foundation and was a finalist in the Billboard World Song Contest, showcasing her commitment to excellence in music and education.
