Sanja Bogojević is an Associate Professor in Environmental Law at Lund University, where she has been teaching since 2011. She teaches courses in EU Law, Environmental Law, and Argumentation and Methodology. Her courses have been recognized by the European Commission as Jean Monnet Modules for their innovative teaching methods. Bogojević is also the Co-Director of the Master’s Programme in European Business Law. She holds a DPhil from Corpus Christi College, Oxford, an LLB with German Law from King's College London and Universität Passau, and an LLM from the College of Europe, Bruges. Bogojević's research focuses on the interplay between states and markets in environmental law, particularly in emissions trading regimes. Her notable publications include "Emissions Trading Schemes: Markets, States and Law" (2013). She is currently involved in research on the adjudication of private rights in natural resources and their interplay with public law. Bogojević serves as the Associate Editor of the Review of European, Comparative and International Environmental Law and is a board member of the Swedish Network for European Legal Studies. She teaches "European Business Law: Doing Business in Europe" on Coursera.
