S N Jayasri Lalitha

S.N. Jayasri Lalitha serves as Assistant General Manager (Faculty) at State Bank Institute of Innovation and Technology, bringing over 29 years of banking expertise since joining SBI as a Probationary Officer in 1994. With a master's degree in Chemistry from IIT Delhi (1986), she has played a pivotal role in SBI's digital transformation journey. Her career spans significant technological transitions, from manual banking to core banking systems, particularly in developing and maintaining internet banking applications for corporate customers at GITC Belapur. She has managed three retail-intensive branches (Bagru, South Campus Delhi University, and Inderpuri) and served as Project Officer during crucial banking system migrations. At SBIIT, she leverages her extensive experience in retail banking and technology implementation to train the next generation of banking professionals, bringing practical insights from her involvement in SBI's digital evolution.
