Dr. Rosemary Morgan is an Associate Scientist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, specializing in gender analysis and its impact on health systems and public health interventions. With a PhD in International Health from the University of Leeds, Dr. Morgan has over nine years of experience in global health research, focusing on reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH). Her work emphasizes the importance of addressing gender inequities in health to improve outcomes for women and marginalized populations. She is actively involved in several significant projects, including the Monitoring for Action and Learning (MAGE) project, which aims to support gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation within global health initiatives.In addition to her research, Dr. Morgan teaches courses such as "Analysis and Interpretation of Large-Scale Programs" and "Gender Analysis in Health Research" at Johns Hopkins. She co-directs the Gender and Health Summer Institute and leads the Gender and Health Certificate program.
