Rosario Perelló

Rosario Perelló Marín is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València, with a background as an Industrial Engineer and a PhD in Business Administration and Management from UPV. She also holds an MBA from IE (Madrid). Before her academic career, she worked in management consulting and sustainability strategies across various sectors, including tourism and industry, until 2012. Perelló has extensive international experience, having completed research and teaching stays in the UK, Germany, the USA, and Norway, and is currently a visiting professor at Cranfield University’s School of Management in the UK. Her research focuses on technology management, artificial intelligence for people management, teamwork, and sustainable entrepreneurship. She has supervised multiple doctoral and master’s theses, participated in numerous regional and national research projects, and has published extensively on topics such as human resource management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and management innovation
