Pioneering Leadership Scholar and Educator at Harvard
Ronald Heifetz is a world-renowned authority on leadership, serving as the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School. He founded the Center for Public Leadership and has been instrumental in establishing leadership as a field of study in the United States. Heifetz's work focuses on developing a conceptual foundation for leadership analysis and practice, as well as creating transformative methods for leadership education.
