Robin King

Robin King serves as Director of Knowledge Capture and Collaboration at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, where she leads initiatives integrating urban planning, sustainable transportation, and land use across international networks. After earning her PhD in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, she has built an impressive career spanning academia, policy, and international development. Her experience includes serving as Principal Research Scholar at the Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy in Bangalore, Academic Director of Georgetown's Masters Program in Latin American Studies, and positions with the G7 Group, Organization of American States, and US Department of State. As an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, she combines practical expertise with academic insight. Her international experience includes a Rotary Exchange in Bolivia and Fulbright Scholarship in Mexico, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of urban development challenges across different cultural contexts
