Dr. Richard Li serves as President of the Hong Kong Stroke Society and is a prominent neurologist at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, bringing over 20 years of medical expertise specializing in stroke, neurointervention, and multiple sclerosis. His academic credentials include MBChB from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and fellowships from the Royal Colleges of Physicians in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London.
