Ricardo Matheus serves as Lecturer of Rapid Prototyping and Data Science at TU Delft's Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, specializing in open government data and digital transparency. His research spans artificial intelligence in the public sector, Big and Open Linked Data (BOLD), transparency of organizations, and anti-corruption systems. Previously a lecturer at Rotterdam School of Management teaching Data Science and Programming, he has led work packages in major European projects including CAP4CITY and H2020 OpenGovIntelligence.
