A breast cancer survivor, she has earned numerous awards, including the MacArthur Fellowship, the NSF Career Award, and recognition as one of the Top 100 AI Leaders in Drug Discovery & Advanced Healthcare. Additionally, she is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the National Academy of Medicine.
