Georgetown UniversityReem Saadeh-Haddad serves as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Pediatric Genetics and Metabolic Disorders at Georgetown University, bringing expertise in cancer genetics and dysmorphology. After earning her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2001, she completed her pediatric internship and residency at New York University Medical Center, followed by a Clinical Genetics fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, where she received the Margaret Nielson Fellowship award. Her practice spans both Sibley Memorial Hospital and Georgetown University Hospital, where she provides comprehensive genetic counseling services with a focus on pediatric genetics, developmental delays, congenital anomalies, and cancer genetics. Recently recognized as a Washingtonian Magazine Top Doctor 2020, she has expanded her practice to include telegenetics services across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Beyond clinical work, she co-directs the medical genetics course at Georgetown University School of Medicine, demonstrating her commitment to medical education while maintaining a busy practice serving both pediatric and adult patients.
