Rasesh Shah has established himself as a transformative leader with over 32 years of experience in technology and business management. Currently serving as the Chief Practice Officer for EdTech at Fractal Analytics, he has demonstrated exceptional ability in building and scaling ventures across multiple domains. His journey at Fractal includes significant achievements as Chief Information Officer, where he architected the company's internal systems and infrastructure, implementing SASE framework and Zero Trust Network Architecture. Previously, as Senior Vice President, he successfully scaled the Big Data and Visualization practice and grew delivery teams from 50 to over 250 people for major CPG accounts. His educational background includes a Master of Arts in Management Studies from NMIMS and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from RAIT. Before joining Fractal, he held leadership positions at Mastek and Tata Infotech Limited. In his current role leading the EdTech practice, he focuses on revolutionizing learning experiences by preparing students for real-world business challenges, combining his technical expertise with a passion for educational innovation
