Ramon Hanssen serves as Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Professor in Geodesy and Satellite Earth Observation at TU Delft, where he has made significant contributions to radar interferometry and remote sensing. His academic journey includes degrees in aerospace and geodetic engineering (MSc 1993), followed by a Ph.D. cum laude focusing on repeat-pass spaceborne radar interferometry and error propagation.
