Rafael E. Alcaraz Rodríguez

Rafael E. Alcaraz Rodríguez is a full-time professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he has been teaching since 1991. He holds a Doctorate in Economic Sciences and Business Management from Deusto Business School, a Master's degree in Sciences from Colorado State University, and a Master's in Education from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. He is also an Agricultural Engineer from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Alcaraz Rodríguez specializes in leadership, entrepreneurship, and family businesses, and is a certified ontological business coach. He has authored several books, including "El Emprendedor de Éxito," which has been widely used as a textbook in universities across Latin America. He is a leader in professor training for leadership and entrepreneurship and has been recognized for his contributions to education and business development. Alcaraz Rodríguez teaches courses on project leadership and entrepreneurship strategies.
