Rae Cho

Rae Cho is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Duke Divinity School, where he focuses on the intersection of theology and leadership. He holds a Th.D. and M.Div. from Duke Divinity School, an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and both M.S. and B.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Cho's scholarly interests include the practice of Christian leadership, church administration, and Asian American theology. He has taught various courses at Duke, emphasizing the importance of integrating theological principles with effective management practices in church settings. His experience includes serving as the head of church administration at an Asian American church in Silicon Valley while also consulting for churches on administrative matters. Dr. Cho's work aims to foster a deeper understanding of how theological insights can inform and enhance leadership within diverse congregational contexts, making significant contributions to both academic and practical aspects of ministry.
