Rae Cho is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Duke Divinity School, bringing a unique blend of theological expertise and business acumen to his academic role. He holds a Th.D. and M.Div. from Duke Divinity School, an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This diverse educational background equips him with a multidisciplinary approach to his scholarly work. Dr. Cho's research interests focus on the theology and practice of Christian leadership and administration, as well as Asian American theology. His professional experience includes serving as the church administration head at an Asian American church in Silicon Valley while simultaneously working in management consulting and at a high-tech startup. This combination of theological training and practical business experience allows him to offer valuable insights into church administration, on which he provides consultation to various churches.
