Catherine Matthews

Catherine Matthews, J.D., Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant at Indiana University specializing in talent and organization development. She coaches and consults staff and faculty across the university system, working with individuals and teams at all levels, including executive leaders. A certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, she focuses on employee engagement, leadership development, career planning, conflict management, emotional intelligence, performance management, and trust building. With over ten years of teaching experience across undergraduate, graduate, and law programs in both traditional and online settings, she is also a licensed Indiana attorney.
