Rachel Landis

Rachel Landis serves as a Lecturer at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, bringing over a decade of experience in career development and coaching since 2011. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Indiana University, she combines psychological insights with practical career guidance. As an idealist and career coach, Landis is passionate about helping individuals discover their authentic selves and build meaningful workplace relationships. Her counseling-based approach focuses on personal brand development, career strategy integration, and creating tailored career plans that align with individual values and goals. She has extensive experience teaching five different career courses and has coached thousands of diverse individuals, including traditional students, first-generation college students, career changers, Ph.D. students, military students, and international students. Landis holds certifications in several professional assessment tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory (SII), and Keirsey, which she uses to provide comprehensive career guidance and support.
