Kermit Roosevelt, III is a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he specializes in constitutional law and conflict of laws. He graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University and earned his JD from Yale Law School. Following his education, he clerked for Judge Stephen F. Williams on the D.C. Circuit and Justice David H.
