Professor He has established himself as a prominent figure in nutrition and chronic disease research at Fudan University, where he serves as Professor, doctoral supervisor, and director of the Nutrition and Food Hygiene Teaching and Research Section. His expertise is recognized through multiple prestigious appointments, including membership in the National Food Safety Standard Review Committee and the Geriatric Nutrition Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society. His leadership extends to several professional organizations, serving as a director of the Shanghai Nutrition Society and vice chairman of the Nutrition and Food Safety Professional Committee of the Shanghai Preventive Medicine Association. His academic influence is reflected in his editorial board positions with "Fudan Journal (Medical Edition)," "Shanghai Preventive Medicine," and the Journal of Obesity. His research achievements include successfully leading two National Natural Science Foundation projects and Sino-Swiss international cooperation projects, resulting in the publication of 22 SCI articles in the past five years.
