His institutional leadership includes serving as Chairperson of the Two-Year MBA Programme and member of the Board of Governors at IIM Udaipur, providing strategic perspective beyond technical expertise. Professor Mitra has taught across all degree-granting and various executive education programs at IIMU, with prior faculty experience at IIT Guwahati, demonstrating consistent excellence in preparing leaders for data-driven decision environments.
