Prof. Amrit Ambirajan

Prof. Amrit Ambirajan is a Research Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IISc, specializing in thermal management, two-phase heat transport devices, and radiation heat transfer. He previously worked at ISRO's Thermal Systems Group, contributing to spacecraft thermal management research. An IIT Madras alumnus and elected fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, he has published extensively on thermal management, space vehicles, and thermodynamics, and also worked as a consultant on air pollution monitoring projects.
