Priscila Claro is a full-time professor at Insper, specializing in Strategy, Organization, and People, as well as Corporate Sustainability and Conscious Capitalism in undergraduate, graduate, and executive education programs. She serves as the coordinator of Social Responsibility at Insper and represents the institution in the PRME Chapter Brazil with the UN. Priscila is a member of Metricis and focuses her research and consultancy on corporate responsibility, sustainable strategies, conscious capitalism, GRI-standard sustainability reporting, and impact investments. She holds a Ph.D. in Administration from the Federal University of Lavras, specializing in Social Management, Environment, and Development (2007), along with a Master's in Environmental Sciences and Management from Wageningen University (2003) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Lavras (2001). Her award-winning thesis addressed environmental management motivators in companies. Priscila has also coordinated executive education at Insper from 2007 to 2012, leading organizational development projects with major firms such as Itaú Unibanco and Nestlé. Additionally, she has conducted research at PENSA (Center for Agribusiness Intelligence) at FEA/USP and the Agricultural Economics Institute in The Hague, Netherlands.
