Pilar I. Vidal-Carreras

Pilar I. Vidal-Carreras is a professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Universitat Politècnica de València and a member of the ROGLE research group. Her main research areas are inventory management and production planning, where she has contributed to both public and private sector projects for various Spanish companies. She has published on topics such as the economic order quantity (EOQ), economic production quantity (EPQ), and the economic lot scheduling problem (ELSP), including their applications and extensions in agri-food supply chains and perishable goods management
