Patrick Perreault

Patrick Perreault is the Co-Head of Global Mergers & Acquisitions at Société Générale, having previously served as the Head of M&A for France. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic advisory, he joined Société Générale in 2015 as Head of Diversified Industries within the Corporate Finance department. Prior to this role, Perreault spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs, where he advanced to Managing Director. He holds degrees from McGill University, HEC Paris, and Stanford University, and is recognized for his expertise in advising on significant M&A transactions across various sectors, including cross-border deals.
