His research portfolio spans cognitive impairment, mindfulness interventions, and nursing education, earning him numerous prestigious recognitions including the Distinguished Educator in Gerontological Nursing award and the QS Stars-Wharton Reimagine Education Award. As Program Leader for the Master of Nursing program, he has secured over HKD 8 million in external funding for research projects, particularly focusing on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for dementia caregivers. His groundbreaking work includes developing modified mindfulness interventions that have shown significant positive impacts on caregiver stress reduction and psychological well-being.
