Patricia Cauqui

Patricia Cauqui serves as Academic Director of both the Executive Coaching Certification Program at INCAE and Proyecto Promociona at ESADE, while working as a Visiting Professor at INCAE focusing on Leadership, Team Development, Coaching and High Impact Communication. With 23 years of international experience in high-level political and business negotiations, she founded People Motion, Consultoría para la Adversidad in 2004, specializing in executive coaching for women managers. Her academic credentials include an MBA from ESADE, Master Certified Coach certification from Columbia University, a Master's in Psychology of competitive sport from UNED, and a degree in Information Sciences from Complutense University of Madrid. Through her leadership of Proyecto Promociona, she helps prepare women executives for senior management positions while continuing to advance executive coaching methodologies and leadership development practices.
