Oscar Antonio Novelo Barón

Oscar Antonio Novelo Barón is the head of the Remodeling Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey, leading a team of over 20 professionals responsible for designing architectural projects, developing engineering plans, and ensuring the construction of campus renovations. Since April 2005, he has overseen more than 1,200 approved remodeling projects, managing over 400 million pesos in investments. His role involves coordinating and executing numerous projects, ensuring that the campus infrastructure aligns with the institution's needs and standards. Novelo Barón teaches courses on agile project management and project management, reflecting his expertise in managing complex construction and renovation projects.
