Prof. Oren Perez is a distinguished academic with an LLB (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University and both an LLM (1997) and PhD (2001) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He currently serves as a Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University, specializing in Environmental Law and Policy, International Trade, Globalization, Networks and Law, and E-Democracy.
