Nicole Franziska Richter

Nicole Franziska Richter is an Associate Professor of International Business at the University of Southern Denmark, where she specializes in international business and management with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural aspects. She holds a PhD from the University of Hamburg and a state doctorate (habilitation) from Hamburg University of Technology. Her research is quantitatively oriented, focusing on topics such as the relevance of necessity logic and Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) in international business research. Dr. Richter is recognized as a leading expert in partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and has published extensively in reputable journals, including the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of World Business. In addition to her academic contributions, she teaches methods courses and maintains a YouTube channel dedicated to research methods. Prior to her current role, she held various academic positions, including a professorship at Nordakademie Graduate School.
