IIM NagpurDr. Neha Garg is an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behavior & Human Resource Management at Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur and serves as the Chairperson for the Domestic Immersion Programme. A Fellow of Indian Institute of Management, Raipur and a UGC–NET Junior Research Fellow, she brings a strong blend of cutting-edge research and high-impact pedagogy to executive learning. She also represents IIM Nagpur as the Nodal Officer at the Bureau of Indian Standards and is a member of MSD-19 committee contributing to Sustainable Human Resource Management standards, bridging academia, policy, and industry practices.
