Natalie Dilts is a Sr. Research Strategy & Program Specialist at the Vanderbilt Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (VICTR). As Project Lead for the NIH Recruitment Innovation Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, she leverages over 10 years of regulatory and community engagement experience to support recruitment and retention strategies, develop recruitment materials, and ensure best practices in consenting and research dissemination.
